Drone Photography Basics
Learn to plan, fly and deliver aerial photos that sell a property. This course is built from the way we shoot real estate across Southeast Alaska: a safe preflight routine, the airspace rules that matter, compositions that flatter a home, and an edit and delivery workflow agents can use the same day.
How this course works
- The first lesson is a free preview, open to everyone.
- Video lessons unlock the next step once the video has played to the end.
- New lessons open on a schedule after you enroll, so you have time to practice between them.
- You will upload three of your own aerial photos for review, and finish with a written shot plan and a certificate.
Listing shoot plan (print it or keep it on your phone)
- Front elevation, low and level
- Two 45-degree corners
- Rear elevation and yard
- Top-down of the lot
- Neighborhood context, 200 to 400 ft
- View or waterfront reveal
- Optional twilight exterior
